Your venue does not need a licence as the legal paperwork will have taken place at the registry office (usually prior to the Ceremony). Unlike a registrar, a Celebrant can perform your Ceremony in any place you choose. It could even be in woodland or by the sea (although it is advisable to think carefully about options like these due to the weather in the UK!)
