Our Stilt Walkers Edinburgh specialise in corporate events, weddings, private parties, street theatre, children’s events and festivals, perfect to Meet & Greet your guests or to Mix & Mingle with them.

The themes below are our existing characters. We are also happy to put stilts on to any of our other walkabout characters or accommodate new ideas and special wishes specific to your event.

STEAMPUNK! – Our favourite dress code is probably Steampunk. Lace, leathers, feathers, bustles, belts and top hats… pieces of machinery recalling the Victorian era and the industrial revolution, spiced with Science Fiction in an imaginary world. We have up to 5 performers, ladies and gentlemen on stilts or on the ground to entertain or create atmosphere at your event.

HEAVEN AND HELL – Oh, the temptation… When you arrive to the crossroads which one will you go with? The cheeky (dare)Devil or the immaculate white Angel – who is probably even cheekier? A stilted double act of fun and frolic for all ages. Content may vary according to age and background of clientele.

MOULIN ROUGE – Ladies with really long legs. Moulin Rouge themed performances, stilt walkers, walkabouts, circus acts and fire shows from Edinburgh. Quality entertainment provided by skillful and fun circus performers, with a hint of burlesque.

LADY SCARLET AND LADY SAFIRE – These colorful dames know all about style, fun and frolic. They have many tricks up their sleeve – not just a pretty face! They are perfect for Meet & Greet, or Mix & Mingle at any function whether they are on stilts or on the ground dancing and juggling. They soon will be joined by Lady Spirulina (our green lady) and Lady Supurple (our purple lady).

LADY SNOWFLAKE – Fabulous walkabout character in a huge GLOW IN THE DARK costume. She can be on stilts or on the ground, and perfect for Winter themed events or for a VENETIAN MASQUARADE. The walkabout performance can include hula hooping, poi and juggling acts, contact juggling, ribbons, or LED and Glow Show for the night. You can also have Lady Blue, Lady Red or Lord Purple at your event with lit up costumes with or without Venetian Masks and similar juggling equipment.

FAUN – Welcome the weird and wonderful into your event – to turn every-days into something truly special. Perfect for outdoor events, festivals, or indoor events with a Faery / Magic creatures / Other-world theme.

PIXIE: – “LOOK MUMMY THERE’S A REAL GIANT PIXIE!! But how is she so tall? And why is she so green?” “I think she ate all her vegetables.” Special characters in costumes for Festivals, Parties, Events with pockets full of Surprises on Stilts, on Foot, on Wheels or on top of each other.

THE GREEN MAN – Another one of our celtic/mystical characters is the Green Man. Tall as trees he is a wonderful addition to outdoor events, festivals, private parties. He can come with the “Lady of the Woods”, his green companion – one of our walkabout characters. She can also be on stilts.

SANTA GIRLS – Santa’s cheeky helpers are on the lookout to see if you were naughty or nice. These Christmas themed walkabout characters are awesome entertainment for your guests or clients as a Meet and Greet or as a Mix and Mingle entertainment. They are collecting X-mas wishes to deliver to Santa – from all children under 99. Even wishes you wouldn’t dare to say! They are also great dancers, they can turn lively any dance floor with their hula hoops, poi, flags ribbons and candy canes. Up to 3 of them available for your event.
